That is said soon. Unfortunately, the numbers speak themselves. After having contemplated the last increases of the Euribor, we have done the calculations in our calculator of loans, in which there is detailed the quantity of interests to pay, and the accounts have gone out like that:
For an average mortgage for 130.000 euros to 30 years, the entire cost of the buy, after adding the interests that we will have to pay, it will be 255.000.
In October, 2005 the Euribor was to 2,414 %, in these moment is to 4,725 %. Simply we have to change the interest rate and see the result. More than difference 60.000. Of course, the monthly quota increases in almost 200 euros from one date to other one.
