Documents of the mortgages
At the time of requesting a loan, the financial institution will ask him for some information on his income and his patrimony necessary for the study of the operation. The documents that they usually contribute to the financial institution are the following ones:

- If he is married they will need to know the matrimonial economic diet, because, in some cases, at the time of constituting the mortgage, there is necessary the assent of two spouses
